WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Our process.

  1. Step 1.

    REVIEW

    Your CV is reviewed by a member of our team.

    Your CV is received by the Datlas HR team, reviewed and, where relevant, shared with the hiring manager for the appropriate business area.

  2. Step 2.

    INTERVIEWS

    One to three interviews.

    An initial introductory interview with HR, followed by a technical interview with the team and, where appropriate, a third conversation with leadership.

  3. Step 3.

    FEEDBACK

    You will receive a response.

    You will receive feedback with the reasoning behind our decision. We are committed to closing every application process promptly.
