Our industrial roots.
Selecta Industrial Operations is founded as a specialist in outsourcing industrial printing and document management processes.
Chapter 02 · 2014 — 2017
The digital dimension.
With Selecta Digital, we expand our digital expertise, combining industrial capabilities with our first data center infrastructure and consolidating printing facilities and automated enveloping systems.
Chapter 03 · 2017 — 2021
The birth of Datlas.
Datlas is founded as a specialist in Business Process as a Service (BPaaS), with expertise in data validation, data integration and process automation.
Chapter 04 · 2021 — 2022
Joining forces with KYIP.
KYIP Capital SGR S.p.A. acquires a 70% stake in Datlas, marking the beginning of a new phase of growth and consolidation for the Group.
Chapter 05 · 2022 — 2025
The birth of the Group.
KYIP Capital completes the acquisition of Selecta Industrial Operations and integrates it with Datlas, creating Datlas Group. The result is a Group that combines digital expertise and industrial capabilities to manage the entire lifecycle of operational processes.

Datlas is an integrated ecosystem combining industrial capabilities, digital platforms and specialist expertise to design, manage and transform complex operational processes. An end-to-end model that brings together technology, Customer Operations and industrial infrastructure to support businesses as they evolve.
