CAI Digital
We transformed insurance claims management by eliminating paper and reducing processing times by 43%, through a fully digital platform that automates workflows and reduces the environmental impact of physical transport.

Academy
To bridge the digital skills gap, we created an in-house Academy: a 200-hour programme that trained young talent in advanced technologies and led directly to the hiring of developers and systems engineers.

Circular Economy
We turn waste into resources. Through our "Upcycling Together" project, in 2024 we recovered more than 135 tonnes of paper and cardboard, which were regenerated into new reusable boxes for our logistics operations.

Corporate Volunteering
We support the communities where we operate through a structured corporate volunteering programme. We encourage our people to contribute their time and expertise to social, educational and environmental initiatives, strengthening our connection with local communities.
