Marco Bragadin Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Datlas Group
Milan, 23 September 2025 – Datlas Group – a strategic partner for the digital transformation of business processes – announces the appointment of Marco Bragadin as its new Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
The Group, controlled by KYIP Capital, is undergoing a period of strong growth, driven by the integration of specialist expertise, innovative technologies and artificial intelligence-based solutions that enable businesses to pursue end-to-end projects designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
An executive with a proven international track record in digital transformation, Bragadin has held senior leadership positions across banking, technology and telecommunications – sectors in which Datlas Group has a strong presence.
After beginning his career at Boston Consulting Group, where he led projects in banking and consumer goods, he took on roles of increasing responsibility at Vodafone, ultimately becoming CEO of TeleTu and later Director, Business Development Europe for the Group in London. In 2013, he joined Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena as Head of Retail Banking and Distribution, leading a network of more than 25,000 people and improving commercial performance through the integration of physical and digital channels. From 2016 to 2024, he worked at ING Group, first as CEO of ING Bank Italy and then as Global Head of Retail Products and Digital for ING Group, coordinating multi-country teams and strategies with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Following a career at the helm of major organizations, Bragadin now takes the lead at Datlas Group, bringing a clear strategic vision and a proven track record of leadership in innovation and organizational transformation.
